APPROVAL OF PRELIMINARY PLAT WOODSIDE SUBDIVISION
SE 114 OF SECTION 17
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide land in the SE 1/4 of
Section 17 into 11 parcels that conform to the RS-3 zoning, and
WHEREAS, These lots will have sewer and water thru an
easement from Woodcrest Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, It will be necessary to place an easement on lot 7
to get to the dedicated street, and
WHEREAS, It will be necessary to extend the sewers to the
West thru another lot, and
WHEREAS, All objecting agencies have responded.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the City approve the
preliminary plat and recommend approval to the Common Council for
the 11 lot subdivision known as Woodside Estates subject to the
property sewer and water easements being placed in the
subdivision and subject to satisfying the concerns of the
objecting agencies and the City engineers and subject to all fees
required in Section 10 of the Land Division Ordinance.
