WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a lot for the Alma Baas
property located in the NW 1/4 of Section 14, and
WHEREAS, There is a proposed 60' road right-of-way to
extend from Mystic Dr. to the East to the Hermanson property, and
WHEREAS. This area does not have sewer and must meet the
double size lot requirement of the RS-2 zoning.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the City approve the 180' x
220' lot and will be receptive to a certified survey map along
with a sanitary permit or approval from Waukesha County for an on
site sewage disposal system.
