S67 W21045 TANS DRIVE, ELDON DORN APPROVAL OF 2ND GARAGE STRUCTURE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 30' x 24' stable on
the Eldon Dorn property located at S67 W21045 Tans Dr., and
WHEREAS, The stable is 50' from the lot line and all out
buildings combined do not exceed 1% of the area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the City approve the stable
as a second garage structure on this property at S67 W21045 Tans
Drive.
