INSTITUTIONAL PRODUCTS
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 100' x 189.67'
addition at S80 W18766 Apollo Drive, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct this building in
phases - the first phase being 100' x 50' with a connecting link
between the new building and the existing building, and
WHEREAS, The second phase will be completed with no changes
in the building plan.
WHEREAS, Resolution #P.C. 132-88 was withdrawn in July of
1988, and
WHEREAS, The expansion will be used to house a plastic
extrusions machine.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the city approve the
expansion of the 100' x 198.67' building that will be constructed
in two phases.
