WHEREAS, It is proposed to create a 3 lot division of the
Jack Mahoney property in the NE 114 of Section 31, and
WHEKEAS, This property abuts North Shore Lane, a private
road, and
WHEREAS, Bosch Drive is also a private road abutting this
property, and
WHEREAS, One dwelling and a cottage are already on this
property, and
WHEREAS, Both buildings are hooked to the municipal sewer.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
disapprove the sketch for the 3 lot division of the John Mahoney
property in the NE 114 of Section 31.
