WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been presented to the
city, and
WHEREAS, The sketch was approved by the Plan Commission in
P.C.#93-89, and
WHEREAS, A variance in required setbacks for these lo
have been approved by the Board of Appeals on June 22, 1989

THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to receipt of all other fees required by Section
10 of the land division ordinance and the approval of the city
engineers.
