TOWN OF NORWAY - JACK HIRSCHBOECH
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a 3 acre lot from a 4 1/2
acre lot in the NW Section 5 in the Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, The City must approve divisions of land for extra
territorial in townships within three miles of its border, and
WHEREAS. The division must be approved by the Town of
Norway, and
WHEREAS, There appears to be no adverse effect to the City
of Muskego.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED That the Plan Commission approve and
recommend to the Common Council the division of the 4 112 acre
lot.
