APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR DEVELOPMENT OF BASS FARM 24 ACRES

WHEREAS, It is proposed to develop 24 acres on the Bass
Farm located in the NE 114 of Section 4, and
WHEREAS, This area is located north of Martin Drive and
west of Lannon Drive extended north through the property, and
WHEREAS, The highway width map shows an extension of
and into Calhoun from the City of New Berlin across College
Lannon Drive extended,
WHEREAS, The intended use will require a P.U
and
.D. overlay,
WHEREAS, This is adjacent to the Reynolds Machine Shop
zoned 1-1.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission will be
receptive to development of this property based on a petition for
a P.U.D. and approval of the sewer extension.
