APPROVAL OF SKETCH
NE 114 OF SECTION 5 - ROBERT DALSBO
WHEREAS, It has been requested to divide approximately a
four acre parcel that extends from Gold Dr. to Hillendale Drive
in the NE Section 5, and
WHEREAS, This land is located in the RS-2 zoning, and
WHEREAS, Both lots meet the requirements for that zoning
district, and
WHEREAS, The parcel abutting Gold Drive has sewer, and
WHEREAS, The parcel abutting Hillendale Rd. can be served
by sewer upon payment of a theoretical assessment and,
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and will be receptive to the Certified Survey Map
conditioned that all fees are paid in accordance with Section 10
of the Land Division Ordinance.
