RESOLUTION #P.C. 113-89
S66 V14427-29 JANESVILLE ROAD-JOHN INGERSOLL
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a 3'4" x 12' internally
illuminated sign in the location of an existing freestanding sign
at S66 W14427-29 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The necessary variances have been granted by the
Board of Appeals subject to filing an affidavit stating that the
sign in the proposed right-of-way would be removed by John
Ingersoll at no cost to the Waukesha County or municipality as
needed for the widening of Janesville Road.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 3'4" x 12' sign at S66 W14427 Janesville Road.
