WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted creating
a 3 lot division of lots of 3 acres or more in size, and
WHEREAS, These lots meet the RCE zoning. and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission approved the sketch in
Resolution #P.C. 94-89 on June 6. 1989.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 3 lot subdivision in the SW 114 of Section 7 and recommend
approval to the Common Council subject to receipt of all other
fees required by Section 10 of the land division ordinance and
the approval of the city engineers.
