APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR SE 114 of SE

WHERMS, A certified survey map was submitted on June 15,
1989 to create one parcel located in the SE 114 of Section 5,
Town of Norway, and
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land division
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map for John L. Malchine, Town of Norway,
and recommends approval to the Common Council.
