APPROVAL OF A TEMPORARY SIGN FOR WOODSIDE ESTATES IN THE
SW 114 OF SECTION 17-TODD BUSHBERGER
(AMENDED)
WHEREAS, It is proposed to erect a 4' x 8' sign to
advertise Woodside Estates Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, This sign would not be illuminated or flashing,
and
WHEREAS, Section 6.09 of the land division ordinance
permits temporary signs for the purpose of designating a new
building or development for a limited period of time with Plan
Commission approval, and
WHEREAS, A temporary sign is permitted for a period of 90
days or until 75% of the development has occurred.
e THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 4' x 8' non-illuminated sign for a period of 6 months.
