APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP IN THE NW 114 OF SECTION 14
GERALD UOZEY
WHEREAS, A sketch to divide 4 acres was approved in
Resolution #P.C. 8-89 on February 7. 1989, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a 4 acre parcel from a 26
acre parcel in the NW 1/4 of Section 14, and
WHEREAS, This parcel will not abut a public road, and
WHEREAS, Section 4.07(4) allows a tract of land that is at
least 2 acres in area and has access by permanent easement to a
public street and does not conflict with plans for future
development of streets may be approved by the Plan Commission,
and a WHEREAS, The certified survey map shows an 80' easement to
an existing 30' easement which would be the extension of Mystic
Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the certified survey map and recommend approval to the Common
Council subject to a favorable perc test, receipt of all other
fees required by Section 10 of the land division ordinance and
the approval of the city engineers.
