APPROVAL OF SKETCH FCR 86 LOT SUBDIVISION IN THE

NW 114 OF SECTION 32-IRVING h PEARL HAUT
WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted for an 86 lot
subdivision in the NW 1/4 of Section 32 bounded on the north by
Kelsey and on the west by Crowbar Drive, and
WHEREAS, The lots appear to conform to the RS-2 zoning
district, and
WHEREAS, It is proposed to dedicate approximately 5 acres
which is adjacent to an existing 33 acre park, and
WHEREAS, The road layout and design is of curvilineal
design with two ingress and egress accesses to Crowbar and one
ingress and egress from Kelsey Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch showing lot layout and design for an 86 lot
subdivision and 5 acre dedication to the city in lieu of park
fees subject to the availability of sewer.
