CONSTRUCTION OF AN 18' x 28' ADDITION TO AN EXISTING BUILDING AT sa0 ~14401 SCHULTZ LANE-HUNTER'S NEST
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct an addition to an
existing building used for the storage of supplies and a shelter
on the Hunter's Nest property addressed as S80 W14401 Schultz
Lane in the NE 114 of Section 14, and
WHEREAS, This property is under a conditional use grant and
is used for trap shooting and has a rifle range, and
WHEREAS, It is also proposed to level an area of
approximately 300' x 40'.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the expansion of the conditional use grant to permit the
construction of an 18' x 28' addition to an existing building for
the purpose of storage and shelter subject to a soil and erosion
permit being obtained for the land disturbing activity being
proposed at S80 W14401 Schultz Lane.
