RESOLUTION ~P.c. 104-89
OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR NE 114 OF SECTION 32 HAROLD DE BACK
WHEREAS, A certified survey map has been submitted to
divide a 5 acre parcel out of approximately 42 acres, and
WHEREAS, The Common Council in Ordinance #650 rezoned the
land from EA to R-1, and
WHEREAS, In Resolution #P.C. 85-89 the Plan Commission
approved the sketch for the land division.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 5 acre division of land in the NE 1/4 of Section 32 and
recommend approval to the Common Council subject to receipt of
all other fees required by Section 10 of the land division
ordinance and the approval of the city engineers.
