PCR1989103RESOLUTION #P.C. 103-89 GRANTING A 15% VARIANCE IN WIDTH FOR LOT 10 IN THE MC LAUGHLIN SUBDIVISION-HAROLD DE BACK (AMENDED) WHEREAS, On April 18, 1989 the Plan Commission in Resolution j1P.C. 56-89 recommended to the Common Council to rezone Lot 10 from RS-2/0LS to RS-Z/OLS/OD subject to the Board of Appeals granting a variance needed for a duplex in that zoning district, and WHEREAS, The Common Council on June 13, 1989 in Ordinance #656 amended the ordinance permitting the Plan Commission the authority to grant up to 159. variance in lot size and average width for lots with existing buildings on them, and WHEREAS, It will be necessary for the Plan Commission to approve the building, site and operation plan for the of this lot. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commiss the variance of 1,815 square feet in area and 21 1/2' development ion approve variance in width to construct a duplex on Lot 10 subject to the removal of all buildings.
