WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 24' x 30' second
garage structure, and
WHEREAS, This is in the RS-2 zoning district requiring a
15' offset, and
WHEREAS, This structure will be used for residential use.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
a 20' x 24' garage structure to be used for residential use for
