NO OBJECTION TO COUNTY’S FILLING IN AND REGRADING THE DITCH
NE 114 OF SECTION 5 PARALLEL TO RACINE AVENUE ON THE EAST SIDE OF RACINE AVENUE
WHEREAS, The city has recently zoned some property along
the east side of Racine Avenue in the NE 114 of Section 5, and
WHEREAS, The county is now permitting access to that
property from Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, The drainage ditch paralleling Racine Avenue is
at a depth that hinders its development and is economically
unfeasible to install culverts.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission would
have no objection to the county’s filling and regrading the ditch
paralleling the east side of Racine Avenue.
