APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR TWO PARCEL LAND DIVISION NW 114 OF SECTION 10 (PARKLAND DR.)-R. KLENZ
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide land in the NW 114 of
Section 10 located on Parkland Drive extended south, and
WHEREAS, Parcel 1 is located in the B-2 zoning district and
Parcel 2 in the RSM zoning district, and
WHEREAS, Both lots conform to that zoning district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
and recommend approval to the Common Council the two parcel
division in the NW 1/4 of Section 10 subject to the city
engineer's approval
