APPROVAL OF TWO LOT DIVISION OF LOT 1
DURHAM MEADOWS-CALVIN AKIN
, This is a redivision of Lot 1 created in P.C. 874-
16, 1989, and
, It was previously recommended that the division of
land would not create a substantial change in the planned unit
development approved in 1975.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the two lot division of Lot 1 in certified survey map 5842
subject to the city engineer's approval.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission recommend
to the Common Council that it is the opinion of the Plan
Commission that the division of land does not constitute a
significant change in the overall OPD development approved in
1975.
