(AMENDED)
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a 4' x 8' changeable
letter sign to advertise the rental units in the Willow Pond
Development, and
WHEREAS, Section 6.09 of the land division ordinance
permits temporary signs for the purpose of designating a new
building or development for a limited period of time with Plan
Commission approval, and
WHEREAS, A temporary sign is permitted for a period of 90
days or until 75% of the development has occurred, and
WHEREAS, This sign would not be illuminated and flashing.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 4' x 8' non-illuminated sign for a period of 90 days.

WHEREAS, Section 609 of the land division ordinance permits
temporary signs for the purpose of designating a new building or
development for a limited perid of time with Plan Commission
approval, and
WHEREAS, A temporary sign is permitted for a period up to 9
months and an extension for 6 months or until 75% of the
development has occurred, and
WHEREAS, This sign is illuminated and flashing.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 4' x 8' illuminated sign but deny the use of the flashing
lights so as to be in compliance with the sign guidelines.
