4PPROVAL OF SECOND GARAGE STRUCTURE AT S71 W13535 WOODS RD. BILL YAKICH
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 12' x 16' second
garage structure. and
WHEREAS, This is in RS-2 zoning requiring a 15' offset, and
WHEREAS, The lots are over one and one-half acres in size.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 12' x 16' garage structure to be used as a shed for Bill
Yakich at S71 W13535 Woods Road.
