APPROVAL OF SKETCH FOR LAND DIVISION APPROXIMATELY W219 ma4 CROWBAR ROAD-L. SCHWARTZ
WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide 9 lots in the Lawrence
Schwartz property in the SW 1/4 of Section 7, and
WHEREAS, It had been proposed to divide this property into
7 lots in PC#76-89 which would have landlocked approximately 10
acres to the east of the lot division, and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to divide the 5 acres into 3
lots with Parcels 8 and 9 having a 30'extension from the lots to
Crowbar, and
WHEREAS, Lot 7 will have approximately 205' of frontage on
Crowbar Road.
0 WHEREAS, This land is zoned RE requiring 120,000 square
feet with an average width of 250', and
WHEREAS, All of the lots will exceed the area requirement
but will require a variance in the average width, and
WHEREAS, At the meeting on May 16, 1989 the Plan Commission
