APPROVAL OF BUILDING, SITE & OPERATION PLAN

(AMENDED)
DRIVE-IN STRUCTURE, S70 W16050 JANESVILLE RD.
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a drive-in
establishment on the A1 Basse property located at S70 W16050
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This proposed 66' x 100'structure is in the R-3
zoning district and requires Plan Commission approval of the
building, site and operation plan, and
WHEREAS, The driveway is to be paved and some landscaping
done this year, and
WHEREAS, The hours of operation will be from 8:OO A.m.
until 8:OO P.M.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the new 66' x 100'drive-in building to be used for the sale of
fruit, vegetables and nursery stock with the exception of the
sign.
