APPROVAL TO PLACE THREE NEIGHBORHOOD SIGNS AT LAKE-BRITTANY ESTATES ENTRANCES
(AMENDED)
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place three 2' x 4' neighborhood
signs at the entrance to the Lake Brittany Estates subdivision,
and
WHEREAS, Section 6.09 (14) permits neighborhood signs not
to exceed 12 square feet in area per sign with Plan Commission
approval.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
three 2' x 4' Lake Brittany Estates subdivision "No Treaspassing"
signs at the corner of Coventry and McShane, Ludington Circle,
and Courtland and Cheviott.
