RESOLUTION #P.c. 89-89
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted to place a 15' x 15'
tent to sell fireworks at the Pick 'n Save store at S74 W17005
Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, This tent will be used as a stand to sell
fireworks, and
WHEREAS, This stand will be in operation from June 10 to
July 6, 1989, and
WHEREAS, There will be a 20' x 8' container to store the
fireworks, and
WHEREAS, The hours of operation will be from 9:OO A.M.
until 8:OO P.M., and
WHEREAS, There will be a hanging sign not to exceed 8
square feet on the tent and a 36" x 36" freestanding sign.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 15' x 15' tent with signage not to exceed 8 square feet, a
20' x 8' container to store the fireworks and a freestanding 36"
x 36" sign at the Pick 'n Save store with the following
conditions:
1. That the tent, container and signs will not be placed
on the right of way or in the visual setback area.
