WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a 2‘ x 8’ flat wall sign
on the G & W Patterns, Inc. building located at S66 W19444 Tans
Drive, and
WHEREAS, The area is zoned B-2 and the size of the sign
meets the requirments in that zoning district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 2‘ x 8‘ flat wall sign at G & W Patterns, Inc. at S66 W19444
Tans Drive .
