AP€'ROVAL OF EXPANSION OF BUILDING, SITE 6r OPERATION PLAN W180 S7695 PIONEER DRIVE-DAVID BEIERLE
WHEREAS, It is proposed to amend the building, site and
operation plan to construct a second floor living unit above an
existing commercial building in the B-3 zoning district, and
WHEREAS, This is a permitted use in the business district,
and
WHEREAS, The Board of Appeals has granted a 4' offset
variance.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the expansion of this commercial building to construct living
quarters on the second floor. a
