WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide a 5 acre parcel out of
approximately 42 acres, and
WHEREAS, This was zoned EA (Exclusive Agricultural) and a
petition to rezone to R-1 has been received, and
WHEREAS, The findings of fact for rezoning meet the
requirements of the State in this EA district, and
WHEREAS, A perc test has been submitted showing it will be
suitable for a mound system.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the sketch and will be receptive to a certified survey map.
