RESOLUTION #P.c. 84-89
WHEREAS, It is proposed to rezone approximately 5 acres of
land in the NE 1/4 of Section 32, and
WHEREAS, This land is suitable for development and will not
cause any unreasonable adverse affect to the environment, and
WHEREAS, The rezoning approval must be based on
considerations required by 91.77(1) of the Wisconsin Statutes,
and
WHEREAS, This division would meet those requirements.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission
recommend to the Common Council that the 5 acre parcel be rezoned
0 from EA to R-1.
