WHEREAS, A petition for expansion of the conditional use
has been submitted by Tom Dahlman for the property addressed as
W126 S9218 N. Cape Road, and
WHEREAS, The public hearing was held on May 16, 1989, and
WHEREAS, There was a discussion as to the asphalting of the
parking lot.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the expansion of the conditional use subject to asphalting as per
code within one year.
