APPROVAL OF EXTRATERRITORIAL PRELIMINARY PLAT-WAUBEESEE LAKE PARK ESTATES-TOWN OF NORWAY
WHEREAS, The City of Muskego has received a request for the
approval of a preliminary plat for a subdivision in the Town of
Norway known as Waubeesee Lake Park Estates, and
WHEREAS, It is located within the jurisdication of the
extraterritorial powers of the City of Muskego, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the preliminary plat for Waubeesee Lake Park Estates in the Town
of Norway and recommends approval to the Common Council subject
to all fees being paid.
