RESOLUTION #P.C. 81-89
WHEREAS, A sketch has been submitted to divide a parcel of
land of approximately 5 acres in size into an eleven (11) lot
subdivision, and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission at their meeting April 18,
1989 recommended amending the zoning district map to RS-3, and
WHEREAS, These lots meet the RS-3 requirements of 15,000
square feet in area, and
WHEREAS, This will abut Woods Road and be sewered from the
CJoodcrest Heights Subdivision.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
this sketch as submitted with the exception of the road
dedication.
