WHEREAS, It is proposed to create a 30 lot subdivision of
the Dawson property on the SW 1/4 of Section 5 (Racine and Tans
Drive), and
WHEREAS, It is zoned RS-1 and R-1, and
WHEREAS, The lots conform to those districts, and
WHEREAS, The lots are proposed to be connected to the
sewers.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the city approve the sketch
as to lot layout and design and will be receptive to a
preliminary plat.
