WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a flat wall sign on
building owned by Muskego Storage Company located at S66 W
Tans Drive, and
a

WHEREAS, The proposed sign is 2‘ x 28’ or 56 square feet in
area, and
WHEREAS, The ordinance in the B-2 district limits the flat
wall signs to 5% of the wall to which it is placed, and
WHEREAS, The wall is 504 square feet permitting a sign of
25 square feet in area.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
a flat wall sign not to exceed 25 square feet.
