WHEREAS, It is proposed to erect an 8' x 10' sign at the
entrance to the Bay Breeze Condominium project, and
WHEREAS, The sign is to be non-illuminated.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 8' x 10' entrance sign for the Ray Breeze Condominium project
at 574 W17692 Harbor Circle.
