WHEREAS, It is proposed to divide 6 lots on the Lawrence Schwartz property in the SW 1/4 of Section 7, and WHEREAS, This land is zoned RCE (Rural Country Estates) requiring 120.000 square feet with an average width of 250', and WHEREAS, The lots proposed are approximately 133,000 square feet and 240' in width, and WHEREAS, Section 7.6 of the Land Division Ordinance states that the size and the shape shall be appropriate for the location of the subdivision, and that the area and the dimension shall conform to the requirements of the city zoning ordinance, and WHEREAS, These lots will not be served by a public sanitary sewer system and shall comply with the Waukesha County Communitv Health Code. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the sketch for the 6 conforminE lot division with the land fragment to remain with the original 10 acre parcel and grant a 10' variance in width required for this zoning district and be receptive to a certified survey map and all fees required by Section 1 Adopted Defeated cds Deferred 5/11/89 0 of the land division ordinance.
