PARCELS 2.3.4. h 5, SW 114 OF SECTION 2
(AMENDED)
WHEREAS, There has been a 3 lot land division without the
city's approval in Lot 7, Block 1 of the Durham Meadows
Subdivision, and
WHEKEAS, It is proposed to further divide Lot 7, Block 1 in
the Durham Meadows Subdivision into four parcels which includes
the three previously divided lots, and
WHEREAS, A site plan had been submitted on April 18, 1989
and approved as being in compliance with the Planned Unit
Development approved in 1975, and
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
and recommend approval to the Common Council for a four parcel
division in Lot 7, Block 1 in the Durham Meadows Subdivision.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
all fees which include park dedication fees for 24 units at
$200.00 per unit and the city engineer's approval.
