APPROVAL OF CERTIFIED SURVEY MAP FOR DURHAM MEADOWS
PARCEL 1 SW 114 OF SECTION 2
(AMENDED)
WHEREAS, There has been a 3 lot land division without the
city's approval in Lot 7, Block 1 of the Durham Meadows
Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, It is now proposed to further re-divide Lot 7,
Block 1 Durham Meadows, and
WHEREAS, A site plan had been submitted on April 18, 1989
and approved as being in compliance with the Planned Unit
Development approved in 1975, and
WHEREAS, A 120' road dedication is shown on the plat and is
to be maintained by the owner until the roadway is constructed,
and
e WHEREAS, A 20' drainage easement is located between Parcels
1 and 2 to Cornel1 Drive.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
and recommend to the Common Council that the division of JAot 7,
Block 1 of the Durham Meadows Subdivision would not constitute a
change from the original approval to require a public hearinp,.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval is subject to
all fees which include a park dedication fee for 16 units at
$200.00 per unit and the city engineer's approval.
