APPROVAL OF FIRWORKS TENT
S74 6316890 JANESVILLE RD.-C. BITTER
(AMENDED)
WHEREAS, A request has been submitted to place a 20' x 20'
tent to sell fireworks, and
WHEREAS, This area is zoned business and will not be
located in the individual setback area in front of the Sentry
Food Store at S74 W16890 Janesville Road, and
WHEREAS, The tent will be in operation from June 10 to July
6, 1989.
WHEREAS, The hours of operation will be from 9:OO A.M. to
8:OO P.M.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the 20' x 20' tent with a sign on it not to exceed 8 square feet
at 574 W16890 Janesville Road with the following condition:
1. That the structure and sign he removed from the above
premises by July 6, 1989.
