PCR1989071RESOLUTION #P.C. 71-89 EXPANSION OF CONDITIONAL USE GRANT FOR IRISH SPRING HOUSE WILLIAM BOYCE (AMENDED) WHEREAS, A petition was received for an expansion of the Conditional Use Grant 12 for the purpose of adding a 15' x 40'addition to the existing building, and WHEREAS, This addition will increase the kitchen and storage area and, therefore, will have no effect on the parking demand, and WHEREAS, The public hearing has been held with the only objection being to litter on the road, and WHEREAS, The Board of Appeals has granted a variance for a setback from Wentland Drive to allow a 15' x 40' addition to the existing structure. a WHEREAS, A 20' area along the north side of the tavern will be paved no later than 2 years from the date of this approval. THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve the 15' x 40' addition for the expansion of the Conditional Use Grant #12. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That a 20' area alone the north side of the tavern will be paved no later than 2 years from the date of this approval.
