TOWN OF NORWAY, SW 114 OF SECTION 8 JAN CLEMENTS
WHEREAS, A certified survey map was submitted on April 27,
1989 to create a land division in the SW 114 of Section 8, Town
of Norway, Jan Clements, and
WHEREAS, This approval is necessary under the city's
extraterritorial plan approval, and
WHEREAS, The Town of Norway must approve land division
within their jurisdiction.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commlssion approve
the certified survey map for Jan Clements in the SW 114 of
Section 8, Town of Norway.
