PCR1989068APPROVAL OF TEMPORARY FIREWORKS STAND
RESOLUTION CP.~. 68-89
WHEREAS, It is proposed to place a tent enclosing a
fireworks stand on the property of Gene's Club Durham at 598
W12532 Loomis Road, and
WHEREAS, The applicant will locate a sign of 8 square feet
in size on the tent, and
WHEREAS, The tent will be used to sell fireworks, and
WHEREAS, The tent will not be located within the road right
of way, and
WHEREAS, The tent will he in operation from June 10 to July
6, 1989, and
WHEREAS, The hours of operation will be from 9:00 A.M. to
8:OO P.M.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the tent with 8 square feet of signage to be located at S98
W12532 Loomis Road with the following condition:
1. That the structure and sign be removed from the above
premises by July 6, 1989.

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, That this approval does not usurp
the authority of the Common Council in permitting the operation
to be licensed.
