APPROVAL TO CONSTRUCT A 30' X 44'and 20' x 48' GREENHOUSE W191 S9475 PACINE AVENUE-R. SIMANDL
(AMENDED)
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct two greenhouses, one
30' x 44' and one 20' x 48'(greenhouse/sales area) on the
property addressed as IJ191 S9475 Racine Avenue, and
WHEREAS, A commercial greenhouse and residence were
permitted in 1984, and
WHEREAS, This proposed building will be an expansion of
that use, and
WHEREAS, The signs must be reapproved in one month.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the construction of a 30' x 44' and 20' x 48' greenhouse at W191
S9475 Racine Avenue.
