APPROVAL OF TWO BUILDING FOR STORAGE
(AMENDED) LOT 3, MUSKEG0 INDUSTRIAL PARK-RICHARDS PROPERTIES, INC.
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct two buildings on Lot 3
in the Muskego Industrial Park Addition 81, addressed as S83
W18550 Saturn, and
WHEREAS, building A is to have a shop area 40' x 50'
area and there will be 6 areas measuring 10' x lo', and
WHEREAS, A second building will have one shop measur

ing 40'
x 40' with 34 rental units measuring 10' x 20' and four 10' x 15'
areas.
WHEREAS, Plans have been submitted for landscaping and
fencing but not including signs and lighting which will need
approval at a later date.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the construction of two buildings located on Lot 3 in the Muskego
Industrial Park Addition #l addressed as S83 W18550 Saturn.
