STRUCTURE) AT W207 S10491 JENNIFER DRIVE-GEORGE SMITH
WHEREAS, It is proposed to construct a 12' x 12' shed
(second garage structure) at W207 S10491 Jennifer Drive, and
WHEREAS, This is considered a second garage structure and
meets the setback for the zoning district, and
WHEREAS, Architectural approval of the Homeowners'
Association is necessary.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the second garage structure subject to the condition that the
Lake Meadows Homeowners' Association grants architectural
approval.
