WHEREAS, Three temporary signs have been installed
promoting the Golden Country Estates Subdivision, and
WHEREAS, No approval has been given to these signs, and
WHEREAS, The ordinance limits temporary signs with Plan
Commission approval up to 6 months and renewal for another 6
months, and
WHEREAS, Two signs were installed by Remax Realty and one
sign by Tri-City National Rank.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the signs as located on the north side of Janesville Road in the
Golden Country Estates Subdivision.
