LINCOLN PT. SHOPPING CENTER
WHEREAS, The owner is requesting that the main shopping
center sign be raised to the height of 24', and
WHEREAS, The zoning in the B-2 district can have a maximum
height of 20', and
WHEREAS, The Plan Commission in Section 6.9(9) permits the
Plan Commission to modify the height, size and location if
consistent with the spirit and intent of the 8-2 district.
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, That the Plan Commission approve
the modification of the shopping center sign to permit the
installation up to a 24' height.
